Engaging, approachable and calming, Peter’s natural flair in guiding buyers and sellers through the overwhelming property processes, has secured a consistent record of smooth transitions from start to finish. Based in Loughborough, Peter served his apprenticeship through the heady days of the booming eighties property market for industry-leading property Agents, Frank Innes. Rising through the corporate structure to Associate Partner by his late twenties operating across the East Midlands area, the beckoning of the independent agent came calling in 2000. Peter then joined the highly respected firm of John German in Ashby, migrating to equity partner in the old LLP, and further progressing to Sales Director of John German Ltd.

Michaela carries with her a wealth of knowledge and experience of the property market, which spans over 28 years. Her time has been spent in senior roles in both corporate and independent estate agents across Greater London and the Midlands areas, with her recent roles concentrating mainly in North Leicestershire. She resides in the heart of the National Forest near Coalville, which provides her with excellent and detailed knowledge of the local area, schools and amenities. This positions her perfectly to assist clients with the sale and purchase of their home. Michaela was educated  locally at Ockbrook Moravian School for Girls in nearby Derbyshire, before studying Law at Leicester University. She has a real passion for all property matters and in her spare time enjoys walking, going to the gym and socialising with her friends.
