Upon purchasing a property, a survey may be required. Depending upon the style and age of that property will dictate which type of survey is required. For example, most modern houses may may only require a Mortgage Valuation, whereby a 200 year old property may require a more detailed report.
There are many surveys available – from a Mortgage Valuation to a full Structural Survey. These also vary in price.
