Upon purchasing a property, a survey may be required. Depending upon the style and age of that property will dictate which type of survey is required. For example, most modern houses may may only require a Mortgage Valuation, whereby a 200 year old property may require a more detailed report.
There are many surveys available – from a Mortgage Valuation to a full Structural Survey. These also vary in price.
We can recommend a range of surveyors of whom will cater for your needs and requirements in addition to a comprehensive breakdown of costs.

We would like to say a big thank you for so kindly taking the time to give us your professional guidance and insight on our new renovation project. We have now completed (finally) and have the keys, we can’t thank you enough for your help in securing our dream home
I would like to thank you both for your professionalism and excellent service we received in the recent process for the sale of my Son and Daughters properties.
I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending your company to family and friends in the future.
We would like to say a huge thank you to you both for helping us get our dream house, we got our keys today and are so excited! When peter met us to view the property we just took to him straight away, such a friendly and genuine guy, he didn't try to force the house onto us like some estate agents, we could just tell he genuinely wanted us to have it because he knew we loved it so much, 10 minutes after peter leaving us we had an offer in and accepted, Peter and Michaela are very efficient and very nice people, we highly recommend them.
