Any later then we have to consider other factors, mainly price.

*Check your paintwork, cut your lawn, tidy the garden, get some hanging baskets/tubs to give a good kerbside impression, tidy the garage – every viewer will do the bottom gear drive by!
*Meanwhile, inside, de-clutter – less is more! Check your windows aren’t steamed up, is the boiler serviced? Do I need to repaint anywhere. Give a buyer an inch and they will take a mile – it can be the difference from an asking price offer to 5% below!
